Seems to part of Steven Johnson syndrome , a severe type of drug allergy. Is there history of drug intake ( sulfa, like BACTRIM AND SEPTRAN,NSAIDS, TETRACYCLINES Watch for chicken pox like lesions, Bullous lesions elsewhere . Identify and withdraw offending drug IV STERODS,
