29 f has co infection of COVID 19 with dengue fever. Since serology testing positive and CT SS 6/25 and high grade fever. Shift pt to COVID ward and symptomatic treatment after further investigation and evaluation like hepatomegaly or splenomegaly. Treatment as per ICMR guildlines. Since bleeding tendency which can be serious and leads to life threatening. Constant monitoring and regular monitoring required and fever can be lower done. Electrolytes imbalance and platelets count must be addressed simultaneously.

Dengue and COVID-19, to some extent, have similar clinical and laboratory features, which can lead to misdiagnosis, delayed treatment and patient’s isolation.... Treat the pt as active case of Covid & treat symptomaticallt

High fever with myelgia and NS1 is positive as well as IgM is reactive goes in favour of dengue fever Yes it is coincidence that pt recieved covaxine and became dengue positive as well hrct is suggestive 9f CORAD 6 ie mild covid infection which is commonly seen after 1dose Hence treat pt as IPD as dengue fever only with monitoring

29/F..case of co-infection of covid 19 with dengue fever. both r RNA virus.clinical features both infections overlap. pathogenesis:coagulopathy with vasculopathy. since serology testing to dengue is positive. severity of dengue illness should be watch for. usg abdomen to be advised tosee liver spleen any structural changes. since ddimer crp is high with ctss:6,ptn shifting from mild to moderate category of covid 19 looks. progression of co infection severity is high in this case. My personal assessment will be to advise ptn to hospitalise. judicious use of anti coagulant required since bleeding tendency due to dengue illness- watch for platelets will be required. so such ptn required close monitoring. if fever dont stops, prognosis will be very poor. Hospitalization would be final suggestion.
