This patches..45yr old...sugar level normal...history from 5yr..recurs many times...itching occurs...have taken treatment many times but temporary effect...please diagnos it..and prescribe the proper treatment...and also mention the dos and don'ts for this condition..what to it and what to not...(note:in picture an ayurvedic oil is applied over these patches that's why it is looking red..other wise it look like normal patches)

40 yr male pt working in lead factory ,plz suggest treatment.

An 60-year-young female, approached to outpatient department with chief complaints of itching, vesicles, blackish discoloration, discharge, edem on hands, since 25 days. There is no previous history (before manifestation of present complaints) of any known allergy in the patient and also there is no family history of any known skin disease for above-said complaints patient consulted to local dermatologist and received oral steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs but found no relief.

5 months baby girl skin eruption from 3 month. Please advice diagnosis.
