Why you give 3 higher antibiotics to all your patient most of the time ? Try to be rationale in giving antibiotics please.
Pt was already on pipzo,amika,mero since 7-8 days

Its a clear case of pneumothorax. Thoracocentesis . Intercoastal chest tube drain . Cbc crp blood c/s . If patient still not responding to all these antibiotics . Then think of covid 19 too n immunodeficiency.
Jet black rt hemithorax with mediastinal shift towards contralateral side and underlying lung collapse sugg of tension pneumothorax.
