DM, Deep ulcer foot ,calcaneum was floor of the wound.

Diabetic foot ulcer ,managed with Oral drugs. Antibiotic by oral and daily dressing.Treated in out patient care. individualized management is the art of treating DM.Not all need insulin Not all need heavy ,parental antibiotic.Not all need in patient care. Patients relatives are best care giver and best nursing assistances.

well healed ,diabetic foot ulcer ,deep wound. it is well managed by simple antibiotics, oral antidiabetic drugs and daily dressing with no load on the wound.So she never stood on the wound heel side and seldom walked.aso good healings.

Great job,Sir. Is there is any national or international study comparing results of aggressive IP management , and OP management in rural setting, of diabetic foot, regarding, loss of limb, healing time, and mortality ? I will be interested to know.

Excellent work yes not all cases need insulin or costly antibiotics but extreme care and compliance by pt with good control of diabetes do help
