Bilateral blurred vision

A 54- y/o male presented with bilateral blurred vision. Examination showed corrected visual acuity of 20/70 OD and 20/20 OS. Pupils, intraocular pressure, and anterior segment examinations were normal. Fundus examination demonstrated bilateral serous macular edema, normal optic nerves, vessels, and periphery. He has h/o colorectal melanoma. What will you suggest?
