What's the treatment?

Patient presented with difficulty in breathing, difficulty in hearing and fever. Excision Biopsy from Nasopharynx confirmed Nasopharyngeal carcinoma. What is the line of Treatment?

SUGGESTIVE OF KERATINIZING... SQUAMOUS. CELL CARCINOMA... .. NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA...
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is treated with radiotherapy alone or combined chemoradiotherapy. Keratinising form as in this case has worse prognosis . If any cervical lymph nodes remain after radiation, they can be surgically removed with neck dissection.
