What is this Nodule?

A 12 y/o female was presented with a purplish-red and smooth surfaced nodule in the anterior maxillary vestibule. This growth is present since 3-4 week duration. It was a symptomatic lesion and the associated teeth are vital. The area is radiographically normal with no bone resorption. Whats diagnosis?

It may be occurred due to any sharp food granules. Nothing to be serious , its a pyogenic granuloma , Do conservative surgical excision keep her on antibiotics n anlagesic syrup.
Surgical excision followed by antibiotics and analgesics... and patient under observation for 6 months and best wishes doc
