Gum Problems

46 Year old woman black dots in all teeth please explain what is the reason behind this condition of teeth. Pain also when eat food and sometimes bleeding from teeth. Suggest me how to get rid of this.

It can be caries and calculus or tartar deposited which can be rx by cleaning and restoration. Intraoral swelling can be due to intraoral palatal sinus which can be drained by incision and drainage.and tooth rx endodontically Take:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals >If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Moxikind CV 625mg

Chronic generalised peridontitis(clinical findings-extrinsic stains, cervical caries, gingival recession,supra and subgingival calculus). Adv-scaling root planing, periodic OHI reinforcement and habbit counselling if any, cervical restoration. Adv-CBC,OPG. Further treatment depends on residual PPD, bone loss, Pt oral hygiene maitainance.
