Baby seems to have conjuctivitis also with fever, skin lesions on right lower lid raise suspicion of herpetic keratoconjunctivitis, refer the baby to Ophthalmologist he will like to do Fluorescein staining & check lacrimal sac status and treat accordingly. Thanks for sharing the case

Looks like NASO-LACRIMAL DUCT OBSTRUCTION. RX : TOBRAMYCIN EYE DROPS Q 6H X 5 DAYS, PLUS MASSAGE THE LACRIMAL DUCT WITH FINGER UP & DOWN Q 4 H, TILL GETS CLEARED. USUALLY GETS CLEARED, STILL TEARING PRESENT THEN ONE HAS TO GO FOR "SYRINGING" OF THE EYE.

Nasolacrimal duct block.. Tobramycin eye drops locally. Antihistamines decongestant syp. Nasal saline drops.

Dacryocystitis.drainage, oral antibiotics and antiinflammatories needed along with antibiotic eye drops

It's acute dacrocystitis..tobramycin eye drops 4t per day for one week..basing on weight of the baby systemic antibiotic syrup also should be advised for a week..it will usually come down in a week
