what is the cyst about?
2yrs/M baby has cyst behind RT ear. The cyst is growing sometimes but as it is since 1mts. no pain. wt= 13 kg. Pl sug DX RX.
post auricular lymphadenitis . look for seborrheic dermatitis . examine the ears . d/d mastoiditis . u can go for usg of the swelling instead of fnac . non invasive .
