Nephritis and nephrotic syndrome both symptoms, so Ped Nephrologist opinion. As renal biopsy may be needed to confirm the diagnosis and it's better done before starting steroids if required. Routine tests indicated in nephrotic and nephritis plus C3 C4 and ANA ASLO. USG abdomen.

Nephrotic syndrome. Get s. Cholesterol,mx test, x-ray chest to rule out TB. Treat accordingly.
