Seborrheic dermatitis Inj mikacin 40 mg bd. PCM ibu 1/2 tsf tds. Multivitamins syp. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion than lobate + salicylic acid cream locally. Sulphur oint 2% locally biweekly. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Maintain nutrition hydration and hygiene. Glycerine soap for bathing. Keto soap and shampoo locally.

Dr. Vinay It's case of sebhorrhic DERMATITIS... The classial picture is Flaky moisten scaly lesions throughout the scalp with brownish oily appearance. Here positive points are...children, adherent oily brownish appearance, indistinct margins with erythema, itching, symmetrical mainly scalp, face and trunk.....and hairloss is minimal... Diagnosis... Biopsy Treatment........ Removal of scales by using RF scraper with diluted with normal saline water. Dermojet spray with diluted triamcinolone 10 % Daily shampooing with SEBOWASH...flucinolone Clotrimazole with Betamethasone lotion application.... Antihistamine syrup.... Short term antibiotic syrup.... Calcinrurin inhibitors in short duration.
