This is a case of suspected POLAND SYNDROME Features: 1. Flatenning of LT chest with hypoplastic pectorals 2. Spine abN 3. Dextrocardia 4. Eventration of LT hemidiaphram 5. LT nipple flatter and smaller than the RT one 6. CXR shows crowding of ribs on left side. Impression: POLAND SYNDROME. OTHER CAUSES OF EVENTRATION OF DIAPHRAGM WITH DEXTROCARDIA: 1. Wiedmann Beckwith Syndrome 2. Wandering spleen syndrome 3. Kabuki make up syndrome 4. Jarcho Levin syndrome 5. Fryn syndrome
