Normal sinus rhythm. Ecg Anxiolytic would suffice, Tab . Inderal 10mg BD x 5Days. If it's Long standing history of stress, it could border upon anxiety disorders for which higher drugs like alprax or clonafit would be required.

Tracing is WNL Likely angina pectoris Tab ecosprin Tab isosorbide mononitrate
