30 y/o presented with skin infection. Has had these superficial lesions for 1 month. Was prescribed cefdinir and notice improvement. Lesions reappeared recently and are worse. He states the rash showed up in his axilla and spread from there. Lesions start as vesicles and the patient has been popping them to relieve the pressure. He says the fluid that drains is clear. No fluid or drainage is noted at this visit. Pt is a raft guide and constantly in wet clothing. Was thinking impetigo? Any other suggestions?
