Corneal ulcer with hypopyon . Rx : Cauterization. Natamycin , fluconazole , tobramycin , moxifloxacin , chloramphenicol with polymyxin e/drops 1 hrly. Atropine e/d tid. Timolol e/d bid. Tab . fluconazole , oral nsaids , vit - c Dark glasses.
