Smear reveals marked anisopoikilocytosis with presence of schistocytes, consistent with hemolysis likely due to? Sickle cell disease. further evaluation with electophoresis, investigation for hemoglobinuria , required.

Appears like Pancytopenia. Possibly Hemolytic Anemia.
