30 yrs male known case of plum Kochs, presenting with features of raised ICP. CT showed communication for which shunt was done. Post op no improvement, repeat CT showed persistent hydrocephalus, for which shunt revision was done. Still no improvement in sensorium with another CT showing hydrocephalus. A new shunt was put on left side ( medium pressure Slit/Spring, Chabra Shunt). Again hydrocephalus persisting with further deterioration in sensorium to M3V1E2. Latest CSF has protein 83, glucose 26, total cells 56, neutrophils 66%. How to proceed

A 5-week-old boy presented to the hospital for increasing head circumference, failure to thrive, irritability, and vomiting. He had been well until 2 weeks of age and then developed back arching, and from 3 weeks, he began vomiting after every feed. He was awake for only 60 to 90 minutes at a time and did not respond to voice or loud noises. Plz, suggest the Dx?
