An air force personnel presented with such type of lesions over face and both hand on exposed part only with complaints of itching and burning.what are diagnosis and treatment???

15 year old male with multiple such masses.. no oozing no discharge .. patient had microcephaly and was imbecile..with smaller upper body and comparatively long legs

57 years female, complaints of itching to those lesions (IMAGES 1 TO 5 ) for last 3 years. She is a case of HTN, HYPOTHYROIDISM, good control with conservative treatment. No other comorbidities. Dx, D / D and Rx.
