Sir, how do we differentiate an ethmoidal lesion from a lacrimal fossa lesion in such cases? Is it by the findings on coronal cuts??

Lacrimal sac tumor, infiltrated orbital fat, medial rectus, nasal cavity & sinuses etc could be malignant

As Dr Abid said it seems ethmoidal sinus sinusitis

It could be ethmoidal sinusitis causing ethmoidal mucocoele leading to dystopia of left eye
