chronic cutaneous ulcer posterolateral to anal opening

31 yr old married monogamous female reported with c/o small ulcer near anal area since 1.5months. Associated with occasional discomfort for a day or two which subside on its own without any medication. Discomfort associated with increased localised swelling and pain. No significant increase in size No discharge, no foul odor, no fever O/e ulcer not fixed to underlying tissue Suggest diagnosis and treatment

This is anorectal fistula Pt gets relief when it is discharged Since its opening is in rectum hence you donot see any discharge from external opening which is closed and appear as ulcer Rx fistulactomy Bulk laxatives Broadspectrum antibiotics Antiinflamatory Locally fucidin oint

Fistula in Ano.. Para anal sepsis. Proctosedyl or Soframycine local application. Amoxycilline + Cluvenic acid. Liq.Cremafin.... NSAID.. If not settled consult Uro surgeon.

Perianal abscess with fistula need of surgical intervention

Pilonidal sinus Sitz bath with betadine solution once a day Mupirocin oint Oral antibiotics If does not heal,surgical reference required

Could be fistula in ano.MRI Fistulogram followed by fistulectomy to be done.

May be perianal boil or fistula Probe if opens in rectum it is fistula wants operation if no then tt with antibiotic and local antiseptics
