what r the causes of unilateral headache & facial pain?

cane with present complaint as u c.past h/o water like bubbles on her face 5 to 6 months back no treatment received.not a diabetic r hypertensive.pain on her rit half of face with numbness.-bells palsy . treatment options.?

Pt aged 45yrs,male , non smoker ,occasional taking alcohol.... ..having this partial ptosis in one left eye which is reversible after few minutes , frequency abt once or twice a week since abt 3months. No other compliant except occasional headache .occuring in anytime of the day or evening . No vertigo Non diabetic non hypertensive . No weakness of any limb.

51 years man having left side headache and pain moving to left side tooth during nights more since 20 years on off recently they did all investigations Sir / madam please give advice

Tell me the differential diagnosis ,56yrs female had these ulcers on hypochondrium with burning pain and low grade fever since 7-8 days,know hypersensitive on telvas h40 od,cbc widal esr crp lft kft were normal .patient is non diabetic

M/46, C/o. Neck pain and mild stiffness since 5 days, started from second week of lower last tooth extraction. 5 days of Augmentin, NSAIDS and ppi already done post extraction. Extraction site healed well. P/H/O Patient has anxiety problem related to acidity since 2 months. ?anxiety related neck pain and pressure. What will be the cause. Dx Rx. (Patient getting mild relief from volini spray, aceclofenac + thiocolchicoside and calcium started since 4 days but pain starts again when medicines action is over)
