DARRIER'S DISEASE

32/M treated for seborrhoeic dermatitis for 15 years. But no response...Now he got pigmentation and itching...what is the diagnosis? ..is it any pathological change due to treatment effect...

Sir as per me it's Darier disease on neck region but it's Seborrhoeic dermatitis on ears... Topical steroids with anti fungal &antibiotics combination will helpful.. If it's a severe then PUVA therapy..

Ezamatous dermatitis..? Tinea infections..? Seborrhoeic Dermatitis..? ACD..?
