32 yrs old male PT, Symptoms: Mild fever since last 5 days, RT-PCR = Negative (Two times) .. What should I prescribe to him?

CBC, CRP, D-DIMER If seen leucopenia with neutrophilia, raised CRP, D-DIMER may think of Viral fever No cough, no need of CT Measure Spo2, if below 95℅ then may go for HRCT If investigation normal, think of common viral fever If leucocytosis Antibiotic is needed
