In my opinion it looks like a peripheral ulcerative keratitis. Apart from investigations related to possible causes Including rheumatoid affections , treat with topical antibiotic ,atropine and NSAID.

Marginal keratitis.look for any sign of blepharitis, dandruff etc.mild steroid along with antibiotics drops to be given
It seems a case peripheral blood ulcerative keratitis, Moorens ulcer is diagnosis of exclusion
MOORENS ULCER, MUST BE GIVEN MOXI-KT EYE DROP, FML EYE DROP Q. D.
Peripheral ulcerative keratitis.
Pulsatilla (P) 6, Staphysagria 6 (pain), calcar iodide 6 (recurrent), belladonna 30 (swelling of pain), gelsimium 30, causticum 6 (eyes not open)
Age of the patient is not mentioned because there is evidence of pannus as well pointing toward phlyctenular keratoconjunctivitis.
