We should value her age.So considering it as stage 4 disease it is definitely not curable.hence only palliative and symptomatic treatment would be beneficial._Refer to an medical oncologist, sometimes they will suggest oral chemotherapy with less or almost no intolerable side effects.

A case of CARCINOMA OF GALL BLADDER with hepatic metastasis which makes it stage 4 disease. Considering 70 years - I would not suggest any chemotherapy as it will further decrease appetite .As average life span at this stage is 3- 6 months- give only symptomatic treatment and her live peacefully the remaining life
