male patient age 45 years having problems of itching all over body with spot spot have watery discharge its a history of approx 6 years patient have taken approximately all the anti-fungal with anti- allergic please help to Dx & Rx thankyou

A 10 year's male child...after 2nd day of traveling by flight...c/o high grade fever with malaise... with flue like symptoms... treated with Azithromycin 250 BD, SUSP.Meftagesic DS 5ml BD Tab. MONTINA-L kid Nasavion nasal spray syp Zincovit...for after completion for 3 days fever subsided...releaved completely...and devloped these lesions all over...plz diag and adv further management
