34 yrs female c/o fatigue and lethargy frank hemoptysis under investigation for Koch's her blood sample for CBC received in path lab. seen the GBP as shown please suggest.

N/ H anaemia, Platelets adequate/ Mild thrombocytosis. Leukocytosis with shift to left, including metamyelocytes & myelocytes. Basophilia. Probably CML. Advised Lap score to exclude Neutrophilic Leukemoid Reaction & Philadelphia chromosome for confirmation of CML.

Rbc : micocytic hypochromic mild to moderate anosoooikocytosis no premature rbc seen. Wbc : neutrophilia with shift to left seen few precurser seen . Mostly iron deficiency anemia with leucmoid reaction kindly rule out cml as few precurser seen.
