35 f with mild itching. lesions are from last 6months. diagnosis?

Follicular lichen planus Levocet 5mg bd. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion than mupirocin oint locally. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient cream locally. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Keto soap and lotion locally. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge.

?? Perforating folliculitis / Acquired perforating collagenosis / PN

yes looks like perforating dermatosis , but rare cases of perforating lichen planus are also reported with similar clinical faetures .A biopsy can confirm.
