35 year female patient having urticarial lesion recurring for last around 4 months ,on teczine,& blastine in double the normal doses ,but lesion recurring,kindly suggest the line of treatment further

She has to watch his food intake behaviour Also educate the patient Try to write what food she takes Then she can find what foods are allergic for her and try to avoid all such foods Fexofenadyne 120 mg bd two to three month Hydroxyzine 25mg od in severe case bd Calamine lotion for la After 3month pt can shift of cetzine only sos In some cases Urticaria can be life long too

Urticaria Allergy to food ,cloths ,lilen,soap etc even sometimes surrounding may be the cause. Dewarming. Identify allergens and avoid. Inj Avil 2ml +inj dexona 2ml I'm stat or SOS. Levocet 5mg bd. Tapering dose of steroid orally. Caladryl lotion locally. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and find cause.
