a 30yrs old male having this type of skin lesson without itching since 3 month no any h/o Dm or Htn please suggest dx and rx

kindly suggest diagnosis and treatment c/o dark pigmentation on both lower leg no k/c/o Dm,HTN etc age 55 yrs male

63 year old female known htn and dm and on medicine. pt having these bluish color patch on elbow ,tricep right side of the body and right breast no itching. is it iccymosis or differential diagnose. respected sir suggest diagnose and management.

62/f patient having haemetoma Pt is on hypertension medication No history of trauma No itching

38yr female with erythematous skin rashes with mild tenderness and itching since 3 months. relived by medication temporarily. present only over the legs. associated with mild fever and tiredness. non DM AND HTN. ALL blood parameters are normal
