35 yrs/m , c/o injury to eye by buffalo tail before 30 hrs . H/o instilling chloramphenicol applicap into eye is present. There is pain in eye, & headache. Describe lesion & suggert rx.

Corneal injury is present. Advice frequent application of antibiotic drops anti inflammatory agents and also cycloplegic agent. There may be associated traumatic uveitis.

Stromal infiltration debride the area Moxflox eye drops 4 hourly Moxflox eye ointment bed time for homide e/d twice ibuprofen 400mg 8 hourly 5 days
