36yr female having c/o burning n itching all over body with redness since 2 months reciving treatment from verious drs dx as tinea .. what is dx ? MX?
Atopic dermatitis
Seems to be airborn contact dermatitis or atopic eczema Start with emolients,antihistamines and short course of oral steroids and then on azathioprine or methotrexate after baseline investigations and ruling out any contraindications for the drug
Some food or drug allergy allegra160 of for 1month caladril lotion to apply prednesolon in tapering dose

40 y/o M with no specific medical Hx presents with scaly red, pruritic rash on extensor surfaces of both elbows and under the armpit for 3 weeks, no fevers or constitutional symptoms. No Hx of other rashes. Has tried antibiotics and calendula with no improvement. Has not tried cortisone or steroid cream.
