36yr Female, presented with complaints of itching and scaly lesions on skin since 4 months. She has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since last 10 years on 25mcg. No other complaints or co-morbodities . What's the diagnosis and treatment.

Ch.Eczema. Check blood sugar. Salicylic acid + Clobetasol.. Wash with Ketaconazole shampoo.

Eczematous dermatitis Moisturize skin at least twice a day. Apply an anti-itch cream to the affected area. Take an oral allergy or anti-itch medication. Don't scratch. Apply bandages. Take a warm bath. Choose mild soaps without dyes or perfumes. Use a humidifier.
