FTP with LPs
wait and watch carefully with induction of labour given inj oxytocin 2unit with 500ml RL drip start 20 drops pr minutes, watch uterine contractions and FHS with dilatation of cervix , if finding are normal with 2 finger loose os then given inj epidosin 1ml IM, watch uterine contractions and FHS after one hour reapet inj epidosin 1ml IM and oxytocin drip increase as 35drops pr minutes, cervical dilatation 3 finger losses then pt siffted in labour room for normal delivery, when above progress are not found , contractions present,FHS decreased (foetal distress) present so advise LSCS
