Nothing is required as tsh is in range of subclinical hypothyroidism These levels can be seen associated with other conditions only if pt has symptoms or sign than may think of rx Adv change in lifestyle diet and exercise Also adv to reduce or keep control of wt

Subclinical hypothyroidism Please recheck TSH Many times second reading is in normal range If TSH continues to remain high, supplement with Thyroxin 25 mcg every day

Subclinical hypothyroisism If clinically suggests hypothyroisism, only then may start Thyroxin 12.5 mg daily for 6weeks, review TFT, ECG & decide accordingly
