38/m is taking ATT for 3 months.he c/o chest pain cough and breathlessness for 2 days.kindly comment on xray chest.
Bil upper zonal fibrobronchiectatic lesions seen. Few infiltrations around the fibrotic lesions noted. Tracheal deviation towards right. Cardiac shadow central. Bil basal emphysematus bullae seen. Findings sugg of extensive PTB with COPD emphysema.
