38-year-old age cooly complaining intense pruritic lesions since 2 months . Multiple hyperpigmented, pruritic, crusted papules with few papules having central superficial erosions with overlying crusts were present over lower face, mid chest, abdomen, and proximal extremities.In addition he has some other distinguishing lesions on the lips and chest. Closely observe the pictures. What is the probable diagnosis and differentials...

It's CUTANEOUS LARVA MIGRANS.. Also called CREEPING ERRUPTION, PLUMBER'S ITCH , and SANDWORM disease Caused by ANKYLOSTOMA species Treatment... Single dose of IVERMECTIN 12 mg is drug of choice.. Symptomatic treatment like gentamicin with Clobetasol topical cream.. Control secondary infection.. Combat the itching by antihistamines
