May be a reactive arthritis generally ARTHRALGIA CONJUNCTIVITIS URETHRITIS are the triads... conjunctivitis developes abt 1 week or 10days after initial infection... which may resolve spontaneously without any rx... Generally Salmonella species cause reactive arthritis... Some patients can develope Reiter's syndrome..Can develope uveitis.. Rheumatoid Arthritis would be a 2nd DD.. Must do CBC URINE ROUTINE RA TEST ASO TITRE CRP

A case of mild episcleritis. Topical drops of loteprednol or difluprednate for 4- 5days will be enough to cure it.

Episleritis use phenyl ephedrine drops to differentiate from sclertis polyflam -B e/d tab wysolone 10 mg od 3 days then 5 mg 3 days then 2.5 mg 2 days and stop

Differential diagnosis:Sero neg SA,Ank Spond,Reactive arthritis,RA

Looking like episcleritis. R/o rh arthritis Ra factor with routine bld investigations should be done. Treat the cause. Locally low steroid antibiotic e/d Lubricating e/d Flu needs

Episcleritis. Investigations: CBC, ESR, RA FACTOR, CRP, If recurrent serum uric acid. Topical NSAIDS are first line of treatment, with lubricants. If not responding oral Indomethacin to be tried
