38 year old male having these lesion on the hand last 15 days. is it icd ? respected sir /mam suggest rx.
ICD Remove irritant or contact causes allergy. Levocet 5mg bd. Steroid orally in tapering doses. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion than lobate-S+ salicylic acid cream locally. Maintain nutrition hydration and hygiene.
