38 yr male came with chest pain.His ecg showing st elavation.Pt thrombolysed with streptokinase and ecg got normal.
ECG. Pre. STK. ST. Elevated with stombston like so severe Anterior Wall Infraction. Post. STK . Markedly improved in flow with ST biphegic elevated so it is Wellan's phenomena it suggests 100% LAD Proximal part blockese.So for furthermore required diagnostic CAG and stenting.
PRESTK ECG Anterior wall STEMI with multiple VPCs . Post STK ECG qs in V1 to V3 ,otherwise normal .. Good response to STK Suggest Angio
