Sir can you elaborate steps to follow while giving streptokinase

•STK is used in a dose of 1.5 million units intravenously as an infusion over a period of 1 hour. •In patients >65 kg, rt-PA (alteplase) is given in a dose of 15 mg bolus followed by 50 mg over 30 minutes and 35 mg over the next 60 minutes. For patients <65 kg, dose is 15 mg bolus; then 0.75 mg/kg over 30 minutes and 0.5 mg/kg over the next 60 minutes.
