Cryptitis Stromal inflammation Dysplastic glands. Focal crypt abscess No fissure ulcer No granuloma. Dd. Indeterminate colitis Early UC please correlate with colonoscopic findings

Looks IBD with mild to mod dysplasia ? Ulcerative colitis with malignant transformation

Amoebic colitis must be considered. Structures resembling amoebae with eosinophils are seen.
