38yr old complains of shivering, cold clammy extremities... And gushing of blood around the neck... Blood pressure turned out to be 170/120 mm hg.. he had taken amlovas tab in the morning.. and calcigard 20mg retard after his symptoms started.. Diagnosis??

LVH ...gross. Admit and also see cardiac enzymes colour doppler study ... See blood sugar and kft as wel. Repeated ECG s will define further management.

All leads St depression & T wave inversion , tall qrs complex , tall T waves .lead3 , avr, v1 p wave inversion Suggests Global ischaemia /infarction , Hypertension , electrolytes imbalance probably hyperkalemia .
