Acynotic congenital heart disease

A 32 years old female patient was having dysnoea on exertion with palpitation for last 5 years with body weight of just 32 kg. on investigation we found rnR pattern in ECG and there were RA RV dilated with Moderate PAH and mild TR. what could be the provisional diagnosis on above findings.

RBBB, enlargement of RA,RV , and TR and PAH Congenital heart diseases like ASD, VSD , Primary PULMONARY Hypertension . DD Rheumatic Valvular disease , though the information does not fit in with Valvular heart disease

Rsr pattern suggest RBBB RA/RV suggest valvular heart disease or septal defect as there is PAH Could be rheumatic or congenital

Rheumatic endocarditis.. Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. Low body weight is to be taken utmost care.
