60 lady NON-DIABETIC has rash of grouped papules, a few scabs from rt little finger, palm to rt side of chest since 4 days rt upperlimb myalgia , no fever. dx.

Herpes zoster Acyclovir 800mg 5 times a day PCM ibu TDS. Levocet 5mg SOS. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion than acyclovir gel locally. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Good nutritious balanced diet and plenty of liquid daily.
