First investigations: TORCH, galactosemia, hypercalcimia, hypocalcimia. Nxt examination under anaesthesia : VEP, slit lamp examination, IOP, biometry, fundus. Rx: Phacoaspiration with acrylic hydrophobic IOL with undercorrection of power by 20% with posterior capsulorrhexis with anterior vitrectomy to prevent PCO.
