4 months baby was brought by his mother with c/o swelling scrotum noticed only recently. O/E a cystic swelling approx 2cm × 1.5 cm well defined ,upper and lower limit felt, mobile,in relation to spermatic cord left Kindly diagnose and suggest management

It seems to be case of scrotal cyst may be due to lymphatic obstruction due to abnormslity of of lymphatic chanenels of of srotal skin called lymphangioma. It gradually increased in size. It is a congenital . It can affect testes, cord tunica and also the fascia.
