Hey it’s frontal bone fracture with no parenchymal involvement

4 years old Female with history of fall. Gcs is15, one Episode of vomiting .. she has a swelling over the right side of forehead and no other Chief complaint.. CT head pic is attached .. please tell how to proceed further

Rt frontal bone # and Cerebral oedema seen. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude. Regular monitoring and constant evaluation required.
