T versiculor with sec inf on elbows h/o cough does not seems to be related with rashes since chest is clear cough can be treated as urti . While T versiculor will require different line like shampoowith Ketacanazole twicea week apply clop-s nano lotion twice daily +Lulicanazole lotion at bed time .i will prefer antibiotic like Azithromycin suspension which will cover both so as zyrcold syp for rashes and cough. On elbows fucibact oint can be applied twicedaily till nodular lesions subside.
